OPEN CALL FOR VIDEOGRAPHER 2025–2026 PROJECT SUMMARY VIDEO About Roma Versitas Albania Roma Versitas Albania is seeking a professional videographer or video production team to produce a high-quality summary video showcasing the organisation’s activities, achievements, and impact during the 2025–2026 programme cycle. The video will highlight key activities, including the Summer School programme, student internship experiences, professional development initiatives, and personal stories of Roma students and graduates. The final video will serve as a flagship communication tool for visibility, advocacy, and dissemination through Roma Versitas Albania’s institutional and donor communication channels. Distribution channels: Roma Versitas Albania’s website Facebook Instagram LinkedIn X YouTube Institutional and donor communication channels Scope of Work The selected videographer or production team will be responsible for: Developing the video concept and visual storytelling approach Preparing a filming and production plan in coordination with Roma Versitas Albania Filming programme activities, interviews, and relevant locations, including multi-location filming where required Conducting and recording interviews with students, graduates, staff members, partners, and other relevant stakeholders Editing and completing all post-production work Providing sound design, colour correction, subtitles, and basic motion graphics where required Incorporating Roma Versitas Albania’s and donors’ visual identity and visibility requirements Revising the video based on feedback provided by Roma Versitas Albania Delivering the final approved video in the required formats The final product should communicate programme achievements, results, and personal stories in a clear, professional, and engaging manner. Deliverables One high-definition project summary video, with a recommended duration of three to six minutes The final video in MP4 format, optimised for website and social media publication English and/or Albanian subtitles, as agreed with Roma Versitas Albania A clean version of the video without subtitles, where requested All final approved video files in high-resolution and web-optimised formats Applicants may also propose short social media versions or cutdowns as an additional deliverable. Any additional deliverables must be clearly described and priced in the financial proposal. Assignment Timeline Application deadline: 28 February 2026 at 17:00 CEST Expected selection and contracting: March 2026 Production period: To be agreed with the selected applicant Final delivery deadline: No later than 30 July 2026 Applicants must confirm their availability to complete the assignment within the indicated period. Financial Proposal Applicants must submit a detailed financial proposal covering all costs associated with the assignment, including: Concept development and pre-production Filming costs Editing and post-production Equipment and technical costs Subtitling and graphic elements Travel and accommodation expenses, where applicable Any applicable taxes or additional costs The financial proposal must clearly indicate the total proposed fee. The assignment will be contracted under a service agreement.
