A decade of delivery
Continuous programme delivery since 2014, with 12 programmes across four thematic pillars and an unbroken publishing record from 2017.

Roma-led governance
Three of the five Advisory Board members are Roma. Programmes are designed and delivered by the community they serve, not on its behalf.

Established funder relationships
We have delivered against grants from European Union, Roma Education Fund, Council of Europe, United Nations Development Programme and others, with the reporting and audit practice those relationships require.

Our own evidence base
We commission independent research — most recently a 2025 mixed-methods policy study with 206 respondents, authored from the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana.

RVA is a registered Albanian non-profit operating under a documented governance structure with a clear separation between oversight and management. Internal policy covering data protection, non-discrimination, gender equality and professional conduct is set out in our employee handbook, revised in 2025–2026 against Albanian legislation and EU directives.
