Our approach

Contribute to social inclusion and acceptance of Roma in society, and support the establishment of equal opportunities for Roma and non-Roma without discrimination.

We work towards it through four pillars. Education and employment are the foundation; participation and social inclusion are what they are for.

Foundational pillar

Formal Education

Providing assistance and guidance to Roma students throughout their educational journey, with the aim of fostering their independence and enabling them to become educated and active members of society who contribute to the pillars of Employment, Participation and Social Inclusion.

Second foundational pillar

Employment

Having Roma graduates employed in public administration focused on Education, Employment, Health, Justice and Social Protection, so that they are decision makers in matters concerning the Roma community's advancement and development.

Improving Employment Opportunities

Having politically well-educated Roma people actively participating in elections, and a strong representation of Roma in politics fighting for their needs and interests.

Building a Strong Network of Roma Professionals and Leaders
