Project Overview
Roma Versitas Albania is seeking a professional videographer to produce a high-quality summary video showcasing the organization’s work and impact during the 2025–2026 programme cycle.
The video will present key activities such as the Summer School programme, internship experiences, professional development initiatives, and personal stories of Roma students and graduates.
The final product will serve as a flagship communication tool for visibility, advocacy, and dissemination across all institutional and donor communication channels.

- X (Twitter)

Scope of Work
- Concept development and visual storytelling approach
- Filming of activities and interviews (including multi-location shoots if required)
- Editing and post-production
- Sound design, subtitles, and basic graphics where needed
- Delivery of a final professional video aligned with donor and communication standards
The final output should be a high-quality impact video that communicates programme results and human stories in a clear and engaging way.
Deliverable
- 1 high-definition summary video (3–6 minutes recommended)
- Format: MP4, optimized for web and social media
- Optional: short social media cutdowns (if included in proposal)
Timeline
- Production period: to be agreed with selected candidate
- Final delivery: August 2026
Budget
Applicants must submit a detailed financial proposal including:
- Filming costs

- Travel and accommodation expenses (if applicable)
The assignment will be contracted under a service agreement.

Videoja do të përfshijë aktivitetet kryesore si programi Summer School, përvojat e praktikave, aktivitetet e zhvillimit profesional dhe historitë personale të studentëve dhe të diplomuarve romë.
Produkti final do të shërbejë si një material kryesor komunikimi për vizibilitet, avokim dhe shpërndarje në të gjitha kanalet institucionale dhe mediat sociale.
