Are you skilled in guiding young minds through practical, real-world skills? Can you deliver hands-on, engaging workshops that help students prepare for the job market and life beyond school?
We’re inviting motivated professional/s to join our team as workshop trainer/s for an exciting program designed specifically for Roma students in Vocational Education and Training (VET) schools.
About the Program
This initiative focuses on strengthening the employability of Roma youth by developing their personal and professional skills through interactive workshops, mentoring, and tailored support.
Our aim is to:

Equip students with skills that boost their confidence and readiness for the job market

Support them on the path toward graduation, employment, or further education

Encourage leadership, initiative, and civic participation
Who We’re Looking For
We’re expanding our pool of trainer/s and are seeking individuals who can deliver one or more of the following workshops:

Time Management
-
Job Search, Applications & Interview Preparation
-
Writing a CV & Motivation Letter
-
Leadership Skills & Personal Initiative
If you have a topic that’s relevant and valuable for VET students—even if it’s not on the list—feel free to propose it.
What You’ll Do
As a trainer, you will:

Design and deliver interactive workshops (approx. 2–3 hours each)

Engage students through practical exercises, discussions, and real-life examples
-
Help students reflect on their strengths, goals, and next steps
-
Contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals with:

Practical experience in the topic they wish to deliver
-
Strong communication and group facilitation skills
-
Experience working with youth or in educational/training settings
-
Passion for empowering Roma students and making education more inclusive
