Roma Versitas Albania (RVA) is looking for experienced and motivated workshop trainers to join the
2026 Summer School. If you enjoy facilitating interactive learning experiences and helping young people develop practical skills for their academic and professional journeys, we encourage you to apply.
About Roma Versitas Albania
Roma Versitas Albania works to increase the participation and success of Roma students in secondary and higher education. Through mentoring, advocacy, professional development and leadership programmes, RVA supports Roma youth in building successful academic and professional careers while contributing to the development of Roma communities.
Objective
The Summer School aims to strengthen the academic, professional and personal capacities of Roma secondary school and university students. Through interactive workshops and practical learning experiences, participants will develop skills that improve their employability, leadership and career readiness.
Workshop Topics
We are looking for trainers who can deliver engaging workshops on one or more of the following topics:
- Time Management and Productivity
- Job Search Strategies and Career Planning
- Job Applications and Interview Skills
- CV and Motivation Letter Writing
- Leadership and Personal Development
Applicants may also propose additional workshop topics relevant to youth empowerment, education and employability.
