Roma Versitas Albania is conducting mentorship sessions with the beneficiaries of the TER scholarship, an important initiative aimed at supporting Roma youth in their education and professional empowerment.

Throughout the sessions, the following topics have been addressed:

Strategic use of social media โ Building a professional identity and leveraging digital platforms for activism.

Freedom of speech vs. misinformation โ A discussion on limitations, ethics, and the impact of fake news.
โ
The role of youth in community empowerment โ How to become agents of change through social and professional engagement.
โ
TikTok: A free platform or a dangerous tool? โ Debating the impact of this platform on young people in Albania.

To encourage active participation and critical thinking, various activities have been organized, including:
๐ญ Fishbowl Discussion โ Open discussions where students share different perspectives on controversial topics.
๐ Aquarium Game โ Reflecting on different social situations through role-playing.
๐ค Group Work โ Developing mini-projects for youth empowerment and applying ideas in the community.
