📖 First, they explored the timeline of Roma history, reflecting on key events, struggles, and the strength of a community that has persevered through centuries of injustice. This historical awareness set the stage for deeper conversations around identity and belonging.

⚠️ The second session introduced the impactful concept of the “Pyramid of Hate” – a framework that helps young people understand how biased attitudes can escalate into dangerous behaviors and systemic discrimination.
🧩 Participants discussed real-life examples, shared personal experiences, and reflected on how to challenge hate at its earliest stages.

💬 The day ended with an open discussion where participants shared insights and emotions stirred by the sessions – a space of learning, healing, and commitment to change.

“My Dreams, My Fears, and My Goals”, facilitated by trainer Ersida Teliti.
💬 Through an interactive and intimate activity, participants were encouraged to speak openly about the things that inspire them 🌟, the fears that hold them back 😟, and the goals they strive for 🎯.
This powerful exercise created a safe and supportive space for young people to reflect, connect, and build trust within the group. 🤝

👥 The second part of the morning was marked by the presence of Mr. Robert Gajda, representative of the Commissioner for the Protection from Discrimination 🧑‍⚖️.
He led an informative and inspiring session on human rights, youth participation 🗣️, and the tools available to combat discrimination ⚖️.
His message encouraged awareness, activism, and solidarity — reminding us all of the power of standing up for ourselves and others. ✊

The program was introduced by Mr. Emiliano Aliu, Executive Director of Roma Versitas Albania, and Ms. Ersida Teliti, trainer, who presented the goals, objectives, and expectations of this meaningful journey.

🎯📚🤝 During the afternoon, participants engaged in interactive activities to get to know one another, fostering a friendly and collaborative environment that will shape the days to come.🌇 The evening concluded with an engaging group discussion on the topic:“Community, society, parents, and ethics in relation to personal freedom,” led by Ms. Ersida Teliti.

The program was introduced by Mr. Emiliano Aliu, Executive Director of Roma Versitas Albania, and Ms. Ersida Teliti, trainer, who presented the goals, objectives, and expectations of this meaningful journey.

🎯📚🤝 During the afternoon, participants engaged in interactive activities to get to know one another, fostering a friendly and collaborative environment that will shape the days to come.🌇 The evening concluded with an engaging group discussion on the topic:“Community, society, parents, and ethics in relation to personal freedom,” led by Ms. Ersida Teliti.

🗣️ It offered space for deep reflection on the values and challenges young people face today in their communities and personal lives.📌 The first day ended with inspiration, open dialogue, and a strong sense of belonging! 🌟🔵 The Roma Versitas Summer School is organized by Roma Versitas Albania as part of the project:🎓
