KËRKOHET STUDIUES PËR STUDIM MBI ARSIMIN E MESËM NË SHQIPËRI Jemi në kërkim të një studiuesi profesionist për të kryer një studim mbi arsimin e mesëm në Shqipëri, me fokus te komunitetet ku po zbatojmë projektin tonë. Kërkimi do të analizojë gjendjen aktuale të arsimit të mesëm në krahasim me shkollat e mesme profesionale, duke eksploruar mundësitë, sfidat dhe duke ofruar rekomandime për përmirësim. Detyrat dhe Përgjegjësitë Studiuesi do të jetë përgjegjës për: ✅ Analizimin e ligjeve përkatëse, dokumenteve të politikave dhe studimeve ekzistuese mbi arsimin e mesëm dhe atë profesional në Shqipëri. ✅ Kryerjen e sondazheve dhe pyetësorëve për të mbledhur të dhëna nga aktorët kyç. ✅ Identifikimin e sfidave dhe mundësive brenda sistemit arsimor. ✅ Hartimin e rekomandimeve për përmirësimin e aksesit dhe cilësisë së arsimit. ✅ Përpilimin e rezultateve në një dokument të plotë kërkimor (40–60 faqe, duke përfshirë hyrjen dhe anekset). Kush mund të aplikojë? Ftojmë të aplikojnë studiues me përvojë që plotësojnë kriteret e mëposhtme: 📌 Formim akademik në arsim, shkenca sociale ose fusha të ngjashme. 📌 Eksperiencë e dëshmuar në kërkime dhe analiza të politikave. 📌 Njohuri të thelluara mbi sistemin arsimor në Shqipëri. 📌 Aftësi të shkëlqyera analitike dhe shkrimi në [specifikoni gjuhën/gjuhët].
