Project Overview:
We are seeking the services of a videographer to produce a series of 11 high-quality videos for our organization. Concretely:
- A video about the summer school.
- 5 internships videos/interviews.
- 5 personal tales.
The videos will be posted on the organization’s website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages as well as its YouTube channel. These videos will be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.
Scope of Work:
- Produce 11 videos, each with a duration of 2-3 minutes, at least.
- Videos will cover a video of a summer school, 5 interview with interns and 5 promotion videos of personal tales.
- Videographer will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting (if necessary), filming, editing, and delivering the final videos in high-definition format.
- Ensure videos are visually appealing, professionally edited, and align with our organization/donor guidelines.
- Provide all necessary equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices.
Deliverables:
- 11 high-definition videos in MP4 format, suitable for online streaming and social media platforms.
- Raw footage from each video shoot.
Timeline:
- The project is expected to be completed within 28.07.2024.
- Specific milestones and deadlines will be mutually agreed upon with the selected videographer.
Budget:
- Please provide a detailed breakdown of your pricing structure, including rates for filming, editing, and any additional services. Also, please take into consideration when you will send your application that in base of the selected beneficiaries for interview you may have to cover your travel and accommodation to Elbasan, Shkoder, Korca, Lushnja or Fier.
- The budget for this project will be under service contract.
Evaluation Criteria:
- Experience and expertise in videography, particularly in producing promotional videos.
- Portfolio of past work demonstrating creativity, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Proposed approach and timeline for completing the project.
- Cost-effectiveness and value for money.
