We’re looking for experienced mentors to provide online guidance to Roma students enrolled in Vocational Education and Training (VET) secondary schools. This opportunity is part of the projects funded by the European Commission and implemented by Roma Versitas Albania, aiming to boost academic success and career development for Roma youth.
What’s the role?
Mentors will support students by:

Offering tailored academic help based on students’ needs

Running at least one group online mentoring session monthly (where there are 4+ students)

Preparing extra lessons for immediate academic support

Reporting regularly to the project manager and providing a final summary of their activities
When?
July 2025 – August 2025
Who can apply?
-
Hold a degree or relevant professional certification
-
Have experience of mentoring or project experience working with Roma and Egyptian communities
-
Understand the secondary education system, especially VET
-
Comfortable using Zoom and other online tools

Roma or Egyptian community members are encouraged to apply
