? OPEN CALL FOR VET STUDENTS: JOIN THE PRE-SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME 2025–2026
Are you a Vocational Education and Training (VET) student eager to continue your studies and grow your career opportunities?
We are pleased to invite applications for the Pre-Scholarship Programme designed to support Roma and Egyptian students pursuing VET education in Albania.
? What is the Pre-Scholarship Programme?
The Pre-Scholarship Programme is a preparatory stage for students interested in becoming full beneficiaries of the 2025–2026 Scholarship Scheme. The programme includes:
- Academic and learning support
- Mentoring and personal development activities
- Career orientation and vocational training enhancement
- Opportunities to engage in civic participation and community service
?? Who Can Apply?
We encourage applications from students who meet the following criteria:
- Are enrolled or planning to enroll in a recognized VET institution in Albania
- Belong to the Roma or Egyptian communities
- Are motivated to complete their studies and actively participate in programme activities
- Are willing to engage in the full cycle of scholarship preparation and evaluation

Applications are open from 14.07.2025 to 21.07.2025.
