PREPARATION OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF ROMA VERSITAS ALBANIA FOR THE 2021 FINANCIAL YEAR
About the call:
Your offer must consist of:
1. The economic offer (using the form below); 2. The professional and legal offer: • A copy of the Historical Extract issued by the National Business Centre, dated no earlier than three months before the date the offer is submitted; • A copy of the licence from IKM / IEKA / ACCA; • The curriculum vitae of the company’s expert or experts.
The required deliverables are:
• Preparation of the statement of financial position for the 2021 financial year; • Preparation of the statement of income and expenditure for the 2021 financial year; • Preparation of the cash flow statement for the 2021 financial year; • Preparation of the explanatory notes for the 2021 financial year.
Criteria for determining the winning offer:
• Offers submitted without specified prices, without the documents required above, or after the stated deadline will not be considered. • Roma Versitas Albania will select the supplier that best suits its needs, based on several criteria: • the bidder’s experience, particularly in preparing financial statements for non-profit organisations; • the assurances offered for data protection and confidentiality; • the most favourable combination of experience and economic offer.
Submission of the offer:
The currency required for bidding must be Lek. The economic offer must include VAT (if the bidder is registered in this category).
