Project Overview:
We are seeking proposals from reputable vendors to provide accommodation and meals services for a group of 39 individuals for four days. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring comfortable accommodation and providing nutritious meals for the duration of the event.
Scope of Work:
- Provide accommodation for 39 individuals for three nights.
- Accommodation should include at least 6 single and shared rooms, amenities, etc. There may be an exception for accommodation based on the provider’s offer and availability.
- Provide a space for training, such hall.
- Provide for the 39 individuals: 3 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 3 dinners and 5 coffee breaks for the duration of the event.
- Meals should be nutritious, catering to dietary restrictions if any, and include options suitable for all participants.
Event Details:
- Dates: 29.06.2024 – 02.07.2024 (the dates can be flexible by ± 2 days) / New dates: Between 21 – 31.07.2024
- Location: Jalë, Saranda (as 1st option) / Golem, Durrës (as 2nd option). / New Location: District of Tirana, Elbasan, Durrës and Lezha.
- Number of Participants: 39
- Special Requirements: A space for the implementation of the activity. The list of participants may be followed by additional requirements.
Submission Requirements:
Interested vendors are requested to submit their proposals by 2̶3̶.̶0̶6̶.̶2̶0̶2̶4̶ 20.07.2024 to [email protected] Proposals should include the following:
- Company background and relevant experience in providing accommodation and meals services for events.
- Proposed accommodation options, including room types, amenities, and any additional services offered.
- Sample menu options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Pricing structure, including detailed cost breakdown for accommodation and meals per person/per day.
- Any additional services or offerings available.

Selection Process:

- Shortlisted vendors may be invited for further discussions.
