OPEN THE CALL FOR LECTURERS
In the subjects Albanian Language, Literature, Mathematics and English Language, who will help high school graduates through online lectures about the defined subjects of the state matura for the academic year 2024-2025.
Duration: February 2025–May 2025
Lecture program for every subject: 30 hours

Background
The project EU Regional Action on Roma Education: Increasing Educational Support and Opportunities for Roma Students in the Western Balkans and Turkey (RARE), phase II, constitutes a second phase of the project already implemented during 2018-2021 by REF.
During the first phase of the project, educational services provided through seven project countries (Albania – ALB; Bosnia and Herzegovina – BIH; Kosovo – KOS; Montenegro – MNE; North Macedonia – MAC; Serbia – SER; Turkey – TUR ) achieved the inclusion of more than 4500 Roma children and youth (from all educational levels) in educational activities. The current project continues the benefits and results of the initial project, while creating a well-founded basis for the inclusion and participation of children and young people in education.
Objective
To support the graduation of Roma high school students and increase their employment potential in the labour market. These activities will be implemented through mentoring, tutoring and other professional development services – internships, tailored training for professional development, computer courses, foreign language skills, etc. The activities will serve to increase the employment potential of young Roma in the labour market.
Conditions for application
- Those interested must be graduates or certified by relevant legal institutions in the subjects that will give the supplementary lectures.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in teaching relevant subjects.
- Have good knowledge of the questions or exercises that have been given in the last 3 years in the relevant subjects of the state matura.
- Have knowledge of Zoom platforms, as teaching will be conducted online through these platforms.
