The problem
Roma and Egyptian graduates leave university with qualifications but without the professional networks and first-post experience that employers expect.
Objectives
- Improve access to the labour market for young Roma and Egyptian graduates
- Bridge the gap between education and employment
Results
Delivered from November 2016 to April 2018 with the support of the UNDP/EU initiative Economic and Social Empowerment for Roma and Egyptians (ESERE), across Albania’s major cities.
