Open Call for Videographer
Roma Versitas Albania is seeking a professional videographer or video production team to produce a high-quality project summary video showcasing the organisation’s activities, achievements and impact during the 2025–2026 programme cycle.
Scope of Work
- Develop the video concept and visual storytelling approach
- Prepare a filming and production plan
- Film programme activities, interviews and relevant locations
- Record interviews with students, graduates, staff and partners
- Complete editing and post-production
- Provide sound design, colour correction, subtitles and basic motion graphics
- Apply RVA and donor visibility requirements
- Deliver the final approved video in required formats
Deliverables
- One high-definition project summary video of approximately 3–6 minutes
- MP4 version optimised for website and social media
- English and/or Albanian subtitles as agreed
- Clean version without subtitles where requested
- High-resolution and web-optimised final files
Timeline
- Application deadline: 28 February 2026 at 17:00 CEST
- Expected selection and contracting: March 2026
- Final delivery deadline: no later than 30 July 2026
