Who Can Apply
- Students enrolled or planning to enroll in a recognised VET institution in Albania
- Roma or Egyptian students
- Students motivated to complete their studies and participate actively in programme activities
- Students willing to participate in the full scholarship preparation and evaluation cycle

- Proof of school enrollment or confirmation of registration
- Short motivation letter, maximum one page
