Target Group: Vocational Education and Training (VET) Secondary School Students

Roma Versitas Albania is expanding its pool of individual tutors to support Roma students in VET secondary schools according to the subjects identified through mentoring sessions.

About the Support Programme

The programme supports students with subject-specific tutoring alongside mentoring and workshops, helping them improve academic performance, remain on track and build confidence in their studies.

Contract Details

  • Contract type: Individual Service Contract
  • Payment based on delivered tutoring hours per subject
  • VAT not applicable
  • Withholding tax applies according to applicable legislation

Who Should Apply

  • Individuals with strong subject knowledge relevant to VET education, including mathematics, sciences and languages
  • Experience working with young people individually or in small groups
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to student needs
  • A flexible, supportive and inclusive approach
