Project Overview
Roma Versitas Albania is seeking proposals from reputable vendors to provide accommodation and meals services for 31 participants for four days.
Scope of Work
- Accommodation for 31 participants for three nights
- At least four single and shared rooms, subject to provider availability
- Training space or hall
- 3 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 3 dinners and 5 coffee breaks
- Meals suitable for participants, including dietary requirements where needed

- Event period: 4–14 July 2025
- Location: Golem, Durrës or Tirana
- Participants: 31
